Add SupaGent chat to a website
Show an agent on a SupaChrome Page or an external website.
How to do it
- In SupaGent, select the agent and copy its Website deployment script.
- For a SupaChrome landing or form Page, enable Show SupaGent chat and choose that agent; save and publish. On an external site, put the copied script before the closing body tag.
- Open the published page in a fresh browser session and start a test conversation.
Check your result
The widget should open a chat for the selected BU and agent.
Good to know
The script is public and does not grant CRM access. Check the BU code and selected agent when a widget is missing.
