Analyze email engagement in Data Finder

Combine subscribers, Contacts, campaigns, emails, Send Flows and tracked events.

How to do it

Open Data Finder with Reports view and Email analytics view permissions.
Choose Email engagement for one row per real delivery, Email events for the event trail or Email engagement summary for grouped campaign, email and flow totals.
Select fields, filter or sort, then export if you have Reports export permission.

You can query subscriber key, Contact ID, send status, opens, clicks, unsubscribes and grouped counts in a table.

Test sends are excluded. Opens may be affected by email client image loading; the finder scans up to 5,000 recent source rows.
