Configure a public booking page

Publish a booking link with accurate services and team availability.

How to do it

  1. Open Bookings in the BU and edit the page title, introduction, accent color and confirmation message; save the page.
  2. Add or edit a service with duration, then set an active team member’s working days, hours and timezone.
  3. Preview the customer page and copy its booking link for a test reservation.

Check your result

The reservation appears in the BU Bookings list; pausing a service removes it from new booking choices without erasing old appointments.

Good to know

The public page needs both a visible service and an available team member to offer times.
