Configure a sales channel

Represent a store, site or external selling route.

How to do it

  1. Open Sales channels and add the channel type, name and location or HTTPS site URL.
  2. Mark the channel active and add stock for the relevant products.
  3. Use the channel when creating an order and check product availability.

Check your result

Only active channels are selectable for new orders.

Good to know

Keep external identifiers stable when syncing commerce data.
