Connect a supported messaging channel to an agent.

How to do it

  1. Open the agent channel settings with SupaGent manage permission.
  2. Enter the verified provider identifiers and connect the callback URL and token as instructed.
  3. Send a test message and check the agent response and human handoff.

Check your result

Keep webhook credentials private and rotate them if exposed.
