Connect an AI client through MCP

Let an authorized AI assistant work with the BU through OAuth.

How to do it

  1. Open the MCP setup documentation and copy the published server URL into the client.
  2. Complete OAuth with the correct BU user and registered passkey.
  3. Ask the client to list tools, then test a small read and a confirmed write.

Check your result

The MCP server uses the same BU boundary and record permissions as the product.

Good to know

If tools are missing, review the client connection, scope and feature availability.
