Integrations

Connect and verify Integration Hub providers

Choose the right setup, authorize the account and verify what it can do.

How to do it

  1. Open Settings → Integrations → Marketplace and filter by category or provider. Shopify and WooCommerce link to SupaCommerce → External stores, where their connection and order jobs are managed.
  2. For Salesforce, register an External Client App with My Domain, PKCE, api and refresh_token. For QuickBooks Online, enter the company realm ID, choose Sandbox or Production and register the Accounting scope. Both use https://login.supachrome.com/api/integration-hub/oauth as the callback. Save and select Authorize, then Test connection.
  3. For HubSpot use a scoped private app token. For Slack use the installed app’s bot token, and add chat:write and channel membership only if you will post messages. For Stripe use a restricted key with Payment Intents read. For Razorpay supply the key ID and secret, starting with Test Mode.
  4. For Teams, Zapier, Make or n8n, save the provider’s dedicated webhook URL. Use a test workflow, create an operation from the template, and confirm the destination run. Add a Business Event only after verifying the payload and destination.
  5. Use a template or build a mapping. Save it, run it in Sync Manager, and inspect Logs before enabling a schedule.

Check your result

Setup required means settings or verification are pending. Connected means the read-only provider check passed. Delivery verified means the webhook accepted the request; inspect the provider for downstream results.

Good to know

SAP, Tally, AWS and Snowflake have no native Hub adapter. Use a separately reviewed Custom API gateway where appropriate. Stripe and Razorpay Hub adapters are read-only; process actual refunds in Commerce.
