Create a contact form page

Collect an enquiry into Contacts.

How to do it

Open Pages, choose Form and map the name and email inputs to Contact fields.
Include the corresponding named inputs in the HTML and preview the submission UI.
Publish and submit a test with synthetic data, then check the Contact record.

A form can create records only for an allowed destination; mapping is checked on publish.

Avoid asking for sensitive data that the business does not need.

Tell us your BU code and the step where you got stuck. Do not include passwords, BU PINs, tokens or recovery codes.
