Create a custom object

Model a record type that is not covered by standard CRM objects.

How to do it

Open Objects and choose a singular and plural name with a stable API name.
Add the fields needed to describe one record and decide who can view or edit it.
Create a few records and verify the object in navigation.

The object belongs to one BU and follows its object access rules.

Plan API names before importing data or creating relationships.

Tell us your BU code and the step where you got stuck. Do not include passwords, BU PINs, tokens or recovery codes.
