Create and configure an agent

Build a customer-facing assistant for a BU.

How to do it

  1. Open SupaGent, create an agent and set its display name, welcome text and instructions.
  2. Assign verified knowledge and topics, then choose whether automated answers are enabled.
  3. Test a conversation before linking the agent to a page or channel.

Check your result

An industry starter agent is installed only when SupaGent is enabled.

Review every business fact; starter knowledge deliberately avoids inventing hours or prices.
