Generate codes only after checking redemption limits.
Send or assign codes through approved customer communications, then monitor usage.

A redeemed or assigned code may become locked against editing.

Check consent and finance rules before marketing an offer.

Tell us your BU code and the step where you got stuck. Do not include passwords, BU PINs, tokens or recovery codes.
