Export operational lists and access controls

Export subscribers, suppression, employees, roles, permissions and connected business records.

How to do it

  1. Open Administration → Data Handler → Export with Data export permission. Select a record object or operational list; only permitted datasets appear.
  2. Choose the required fields, preview five rows and download the CSV. Large lists continue through server pages instead of stopping at the first 500 rows.
  3. Select Users, BU roles, Role permissions or User permission overrides for stored access settings. Effective role permissions expands the role defaults and overrides into one row per permission; individual overrides remain a separate dataset.
  4. Use Subscribers, Email suppression list and WhatsApp subscribers for channel identities and consent. These exports do not grant consent or reactivate a suppressed subscription.
  5. Employee and related HR exports use the same protected-record restrictions as the portals. Private HR datasets require sensitive-record permission.

Check your result

A BU export contains only its own permitted records. Credential material, encrypted bank accounts and private storage keys are excluded.

Good to know

Data export and module permissions are required together. Imports remain a separate workflow. Exported business and employee data should be handled under your organization policies.
