Export records

Download an authorized object dataset.

How to do it

  1. Open the relevant object list with Export permission.
  2. Apply the intended view or filters and review which fields are included.
  3. Start the export and store the file under your organization’s data handling policy.

Check your result

A missing Export action usually means the role or object permission disallows it.

Good to know

Exports can contain personal information; share them only with authorized recipients.
