Find your way around a BU

Learn how navigation, modules, search and the active BU fit together.

How to do it

Sign in and confirm the BU code and name before creating a record.
Open a module from the side navigation; its list and actions depend on your assigned access.
Use list search and saved views to narrow records, then open a record to review its related information.

If a module is missing, ask the BU owner to check its feature and your role permissions.

A user with access to several BUs should confirm the active BU before saving.

Tell us your BU code and the step where you got stuck. Do not include passwords, BU PINs, tokens or recovery codes.
