Integrations
Import and find external orders
Bring external purchases into the shared Orders register without duplicating stock.
How to do it
- For Shopify or WooCommerce use SupaCommerce → External stores. Assign each connection its own sales channel and review its order jobs.
- For another site or middleware, open Settings → Integrations → API Management, select Orders, and copy the JSON for POST /api/commerce/{BU_CODE}. Use a revocable server-side source key. Supply an active channel, product SKUs or IDs, quantities, and a stable external ID.
- For a CSV migration, open Data Handler → Import → Orders, download the template and enter one order per row. Put the items in the lines column as a quoted JSON array. Import channels and stock first if needed. Validate the file and then import.
- Open Orders and find the order by number or sales channel. For an API list, use GET /api/v1/orders with orders.read. Supply nextCursor on subsequent requests; use id to retrieve a purchase and its line IDs.
Check your result
A repeated external ID from the same source returns the original order. Check row outcomes even when the batch returns HTTP 207.
Good to know
Amounts use minor currency units. CSV imports do not trigger customer notices, purchase flows or automatic invoices. Imported order totals and payments are separate: order ingestion does not record a verified payment or customer handoff. Never send connected-store orders to a second integration for the same channel.
