Import CRM records
Bring external data into a BU carefully.
How to do it
- Prepare a CSV with clear column headers and stable identifiers.
- Run the import from the matching object, map fields and inspect validation errors.
- Start with a small batch, review relationships, then import the remaining records.
Check your result
Imported lookups must point to records in the same BU.
Good to know
Back up source data and check duplicate behavior before large imports.
