Open order contacts and products

Move between an Order and the records behind it.

How to do it

  1. Open Orders and select an Order.
  2. In the detail panel, select the Customer name to open the Contact, or select a product line to open its Product.
  3. Choose Open full record for a record page with related Contacts, Company and Products.

Check your result

Only related records available to your permissions are linked.

Good to know

A Product removed from the first catalog page may still open from its Order; historical line amounts remain on the Order.
