Maintain employee bank and PF details
Save private bank information and display payment identifiers on payslips.
How to do it
- Employees open Payslips to submit their PF number and UAN, then save bank name, account holder, bank routing or IFSC and account number.
- Bank account numbers are encrypted for the employee record. Payslips display the bank, holder, routing and masked account number.
- Authorized HR can review bank details from Lifecycle & documents → Bank details and correct PF identifiers through employee payroll records.
- Review the identity on a draft payslip before payroll approval. Changes update draft identity snapshots; released payslips retain their issued details.
Check your result
An employee cannot read another employee’s bank information or private documents.
Good to know
Saving bank details does not verify the account or transfer funds. The payroll payment reference records the business’s completed external payment.
