SupaTill POS
Identify, label and scan POS products
Print permanent Code 128 labels and scan shared products with a scanner or camera.
How to do it
- Allocate active products to the sales channel used by your register. Stock available to that register is the lower of channel availability and physical product stock.
- Open SupaTill → Unit barcodes with POS configuration permission. Select a register, find products by name, SKU, record ID or barcode, and use one copy per displayed product by default, Apply to all for a common quantity, or override individual rows; zero omits a label. Download the A4 PDF and print at 100% scale.
- SupaTill keeps the existing product record ID and SKU and assigns a permanent barcode once. The same product uses the same barcode across registers in the BU.
- In Register, focus the search field and scan with a keyboard-compatible scanner, or enter the SKU, record ID or printed barcode and press Enter. Search supports the full register catalog with pagination.
- Choose the camera button on a supported HTTPS browser, allow the camera, select a camera if necessary and scan a label. Close the scanner when finished. Each accepted scan adds one unit; quantities remain stock-limited.
Check your result
A scan selects exactly one active product in this register’s channel. Out-of-stock or ambiguous codes are rejected; checkout rechecks price, tax and stock atomically.
Good to know
The A4 sheet has 24 labels. Generate up to 240 labels per PDF. Camera permissions and physical scanner/printer compatibility must be checked on the store’s devices.
