Read the audit trail

Investigate changes to BU settings and records.

How to do it

  1. Open Audit Trail with the Audit view permission.
  2. Filter by time, actor or event to locate changes to users, passkeys, data or blueprint assets.
  3. Open the event details and compare them with a support reference when investigating recovery.

Check your result

An audit entry records who acted and when; it does not replace a data backup.

Good to know

Limit audit visibility to administrators who need it.
