Replace a passkey device

Move access from an old device to a new one.

How to do it

While the old device works, open Settings → Security → Your BU passkey.
Verify using the old passkey, password and BU PIN, then remove it.
Sign in on the new device using account credentials, register its passkey and save a new recovery code.

Removing the old passkey signs out sessions and invalidates its recovery code.

Deleting a passkey only in a device manager does not remove the server registration.

Tell us your BU code and the step where you got stuck. Do not include passwords, BU PINs, tokens or recovery codes.
