Review users and passkey status

See who can enter a BU and who has completed registration.

How to do it

  1. Open Users & roles as a BU owner or an administrator with Users permission.
  2. Review active users, roles and their passkey setup status.
  3. Follow up with users lacking a registered passkey; new users complete setup at their first sign-in.

Check your result

A user without a passkey cannot access CRM even if their password is correct.

Good to know

Ask your BU owner to review access if your own role or status looks incorrect.
