Send a quote with a store link

Give a customer a secure quote and an optional way to browse the BU storefront.

How to do it

  1. Open Quotes, create a quote for a Contact and add the products and expiry.
  2. Choose Approve & send to email the secure quote acceptance link.
  3. When this BU has a published SupaCommerce store, the same email and quote review page include a Visit our online store link.

Check your result

A store on the quote sales channel is preferred; otherwise the most recently published BU store is used. No link is shown when no eligible store is live.

Good to know

The store link is for browsing and does not accept the quote automatically. The customer must use the secure quote link to accept it.
