Sign in to a store and view orders
Link a verified shopper to an existing BU Contact.
How to do it
- Open the storefront account link and enter an email address.
- Enter the six-digit code sent to that address; optionally set a password for future sign-ins.
- Open My orders to review previous purchases connected to that Contact.
Check your result
An existing Contact with the same email within the BU keeps its saved name and phone. A new Contact is created only after verification.
Good to know
The email code expires in 10 minutes. If duplicate Contacts share the same email, ask the business to resolve them before sign-in.
