Review the daily SupaAdmin audit report

Inspect daily BU and portal activity with an approved business owner session.

How to do it

Open the SupaAdmin link sent by the platform administrator and request owner approval.
After approval and email-code verification, open SupaAdmin. Select the report date; the report uses the business unit timezone.
Review event totals, actors and the paginated audit trail. Open event details when investigating a change.
Export the current report page when required. Credential fields are excluded from the report.
To restrict access, choose a BU user and confirm the exact email plus an administrative reason. Suspending the whole business requires its exact BU code and platform reactivation.

The report contains only the approved owner’s BU records, and access changes revoke affected sessions.

The report reflects recorded operational and administration events. Protect any exported report as business information.

Tell us your BU code and the step where you got stuck. Do not include passwords, BU PINs, tokens or recovery codes.
