Separate AI agent administration from chat handling.
How to do it
- Grant SupaGent view for access to agents, topics, actions and the workspace.
- Grant SupaGent manage only to people who configure agents and channels.
- Grant Live chat view/respond separately to agents who handle conversations.
Check your result
The permissions list has distinct SupaGent and Live chat groups.
Good to know
Workspace proposals still require the underlying Contacts, Emails or Flow permission to save.
