View the organization hierarchy and set HR access
Review reporting lines while protecting employee records.
How to do it
- Open Hierarchy to review the reporting structure.
- An authorized BU administrator configures employee exclusions and career levels in Administration → Employees → Portal access.
- Private HR records, payslips and exports require the corresponding permissions and record scope.
Check your result
The profile can view its permitted employee records; excluded employees remain protected.
Good to know
A job title does not grant access. Personal self-service remains available.
