Crop the shared business logo

Preview the crop and app icon before updating the BU logo.

How to do it

  1. Open BU Settings → Organization → Business logo. Choose a PNG, JPEG or WebP up to 5 MB.
  2. Select Original, Square, Wide or Portrait. Adjust zoom and horizontal and vertical position. Review the logo and app icon previews.
  3. Choose Save logo. Use Crop current logo to work on the current image, or choose the original file again to restore parts outside the saved crop.
  4. Open a portal or preview a Customer email template to verify the shared logo.

Check your result

One crop updates the business logo across its portals and new customer emails.

Good to know

Email readers may hide remote images; the business name is always visible.
