Manage one business logo across portals

Upload the shared business identity once under Organization settings.

How to do it

  1. An authorized BU user opens Settings → Organization → Business logo.
  2. Upload a PNG, JPEG or WebP image up to 5 MB. The application prepares proportional portal artwork and app icons; preview the result before using it in your business.
  3. Check the employee, HR, Finance, POS, Commerce, customer and Knowledge interfaces for the same business identity.
  4. Replace or remove the logo here when needed. Separate portal logo uploads are no longer required.

Check your result

The server selects branding using the business code or authenticated BU context. Existing portal logos are retained as a consistent fallback until a central logo is uploaded or explicitly removed.

Good to know

Open portal headers refresh branding on focus and periodically while online. Installed app icons may update according to operating-system policy; reopening or reinstalling may be necessary. SupaChrome branding remains where it identifies the platform.
