Save a secure offline employee view

Keep a limited, encrypted personal reference on a trusted device.

How to do it

  1. Sign in and open Home → Optional offline viewing.
  2. Choose a separate device passphrase with at least 10 characters and select Save encrypted copy. Remember this passphrase; it is not sent to the server or stored on the device.
  3. Without a connection, reopen the portal and unlock the saved view. It includes recent own time entries, leave balances, schedule and holidays as of its saved timestamp.
  4. Reconnect to use live attendance, requests, documents and approvals. Save a fresh copy after changes or remove it when no longer needed.

Check your result

The saved view expires after 12 hours and locks after five minutes or when the app is hidden. Sign-out removes the copy for that business. No form submission is queued or replayed offline.

Good to know

Bank details, payslips, documents, team records and credentials are excluded. An offline copy cannot learn about permission revocation until reconnecting; use only trusted devices. A forgotten device passphrase cannot be recovered.
